BOOKING CONDITIONS

These Booking Conditions govern the management of online reservations made with Caleta Suites (TURÍSTICA KONRAD, S.L.), the owner of https://caletasuitestenerife.com/.

By making an online reservation, the client agrees to these conditions, as well as our Cookie Policy, Legal Notice, and Privacy Policy.

  1. Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our online booking engine using the designated form. Once the form is completed, you must select your payment method and accept the Privacy Policy and these Booking Conditions.

The information provided for the booking must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. The user making the reservation must be the rightful owner of the provided data.

  1. Prices, Taxes, and Offers
  • Prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes.
  • The full reservation amount must be paid no later than 48 hours before the check-in date.
  • For reservations under the NON-REFUNDABLE rate, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Special offers will be valid for the period specified on our website and/or booking engine.
  1. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required as follows:

  • €500 for standard apartments.
  • €1,000 for penthouses.

This deposit must be paid via credit card at least 24 hours before arrival.

The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that:

✔ The property and furnishings are returned in the same condition as they were at check-in.
✔ The apartment is left free of trash and without any items remaining in the refrigerator.

Failure to comply will result in a €25 deduction from the deposit for each hour (or fraction thereof) required for additional cleaning.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit card payments.

  1. Reservation Confirmation
  • The reservation will be confirmed once 30% of the total amount has been received as a deposit.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
  • For NON-REFUNDABLE reservations, full payment is required immediately.

Once the reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided in the form. Only after receiving this email will the reservation be considered confirmed.

  1. Identifying Errors During the Booking Process

  1. Cancellation Policy

To cancel, modify, or extend your reservation, or for any related inquiries, please contact us at monica@caletasuites.com.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in: 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
  • Reservations under the NON-REFUNDABLE rate are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

  1. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Consumer Matters

In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Article 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, online merchants must inform consumers about the existence of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform.

The ODR Platform serves as a one-stop shop for consumers and merchants within the European Union to resolve disputes related to online purchases, including domestic and cross-border transactions.

The owner of this website reserves the right to modify these Booking Conditions at any time. Changes will be published as they appear here, either at their discretion or in response to changes in applicable legislation.

These terms shall remain in effect until they are replaced by a duly published updated version.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Booking Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
