Route from La Caleta to Puerto Colón
This route starts at La Caleta Beach and continues to the Puerto Colón area, following the entire Costa Adeje seafront promenade. It is an ideal walk if you want to keep the ocean in sight at all times and enjoy plenty of bars, terraces and benches along the way where you can stop and rest.
Thanks to its characteristics, it is considered an easy route, suitable for the whole family. Dogs are also welcome, although they must be kept on a lead.

Route from La Caleta to Armeñime via the beaches of Costa Adeje
This walk is perfect if you would like to take a refreshing dip or two along the way. The route begins at La Caleta Beach and ends at Puertito de Armeñime Beach, passing several small coves such as Varadero, Los Morteros and Diego Hernández.
It is considered a moderately difficult route. Although the path itself is straightforward, there are quite a few loose stones and some exposed sections, so good footwear is recommended.

Route from La Caleta to Playa Paraíso
A longer alternative to the previous route is to continue on to Playa Paraíso, where you can stop for a drink at one of the local bars or enjoy a swim. Due to weather conditions along this final stretch, the ideal time to complete this route is between January and March, when the climate is at its best, although it can be done at other times of the year as well.
As with the route to Puertito de Armeñime, this walk presents a moderate level of difficulty due to rocky sections and uneven terrain.
